I attended the “Social Media Branding in the Era of the Empowered Consumer” seminar at the Vancouver Library. Eric Weaver, an expert on internet marketing, talked about how social media is effecting branding, and how marketers are having to adapt to the this change. Really exciting stuff. |
Film fest
Film has been a interest of mine since high school. I always try to catch the Vancouver Film fest when it’s in town. I gravitate to humorous films, I find independent films have a refreshing change in sense of humor than what you see in the mainstream. I enjoy the serious films as well, but for the most part don’t actively seek them unless the topic intrigues me- I’d much rather just have a laugh.
