Research In Motion(RIM) has been an industry leader in mobile telecommunication smart phone devices since they introduced the first Blackberry in 1999. However, with recent technological updates, and new smart phone developments such as the iphone, RIM is facing the risk of loosing their once secured market share. My team, IronCorp, has come up with several possible solutions for RIM to ensure they do not loose their market share, and an continue to participate in the ever competitive mobile telecommunications market.
