Katie Stevens e-portfolio

IronCorp. is a team comprised of seven students from the Marketing Management program. We work together to complete projects, determine marketing solutions to various case studies, and help each other with our studies along the was.

Our first mission as a collective was to create our Team Charter, which sets a standard for us to work by, and helps to hold us accountable in difficult situations. Our Charter is a guideline that w use to determine our daily functioning of the team. It defines our roles and responsibilities, sets procedures in place, and outlines the goals we hope to achieve through our course work.

Although our Team Charter is a useful resource for the group, developing it was also a great way to get to know the strengths and weakness of each team member. Using this knowledge, we were able to develop specific team roles for each individual, which contributes greatly to our success.
