It is without question that one of the most talked-about issues of the past two years has been the economic crisis facing Canada, the United States, and the rest of the world. The real question for marketers is how does this effect the way consumers make purchase decisions? Has the crisis had a negative effect on consumption? Or has it opened up new opportunities?
