RULES RULES RULES – The Team Charter
Monday, November 9th, 2009Becoming a group is easy. Place a few students together and kaboom … there’s your group. But creating guidelines for a group to follow isn’t as simple. Ground rules needed to be laid down and a sort of “contract” in the form of a charter was made. This showcases basic “strike” rules, our teams goals and individual goals as well as the ROLE each person would play as a part of our cast of members.
Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing definitely happened in this activity, but the end result was the first sign of great teamwork!
