Team Charter
Friday, October 30th, 2009When a group of people have to work collectively as a team there are always different expectations and working habits for each individuals. Therefore, a Team Charter was developed to guide team members to engage in appropriate behaviours in hope to bring forth individual growth and team success. The following is a Team charter that I was involved in putting together.
