Welcome, my name is Michael Binning, and I am a second year Business Administration degree student at Capilano University. I have recently chosen to go to school, because I want to open up my own restaurant in the future. I have been working in the kitchen at Earls Tin Palace in North Vancouver for the past 8 years, and have recently decided that I don’t just want to be a chef of a restaurant, I want to own my own restaurant. So off to school I went!
