November 11th, 2009UncategorizedFor our first case study in my Marketing class we were assigned as a team to produce and present a full case study on Research in Motion’s Blackberry. This case study was mainly focused on the potential and future of RIM, and what it can do next to win market share over it’s highly competitor Apple. In this case study you will find our detailed SWOT analysis, competitor research, background, three alternatives, and a solution to the marketing challenge.
