Our team spent a lot of time putting this team charter together for our Organizational Behaviour course at BCIT. I learnt a lot about teamwork, and the different roles each person needs to contribute to be successful in any future projects.

I feel it is a great exercise to go through with any new team you may have as it lets you get to know each other, and each person’s strong areas. It also allows you to work out any kinks or potential problems before they happen.
